In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Member," "you," or "the User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the ipo135 platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by you on the ipo135 platform, through which you access all services.

• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or approved cryptocurrency balance held in your ipo135 account.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active ipo135 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested by ipo135. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ipo135 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ipo135 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.4 Account Activity

ipo135 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, ipo135 will attempt to notify the Member via their registered email address. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be processed in accordance with ipo135's dormant account procedure.

ipo135 is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming frameworks. KYC verification may be requested:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request above a threshold determined by ipo135;
• When cumulative deposits reach a defined level;
• At any time ipo135 has reason to believe that account information provided at registration is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Where ipo135 suspects unusual or suspicious account activity.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ipo135 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. ipo135 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the payment source differs from the ipo135 account holder — are not accepted and may result in account suspension. Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. ipo135 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to ipo135's internal verification procedures. ipo135 aims to process withdrawal requests within five minutes on average for local bank transfers and e-wallets under normal conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed during periods of high volume, Indonesian public holidays, or when KYC verification is pending. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

6.4 Currency

All IDR transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. ipo135 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

ipo135 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Imlek, and Ramadhan. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are issued in Indonesian Rupiah to your ipo135 account balance and are tagged as "bonus funds" until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity window stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ipo135 will not void or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the applicable product rules (such as event cancellation or technical error).
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds or payouts are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by ipo135 at its discretion, and affected stakes will be returned to member accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ipo135 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain beyond a single instance in good faith;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from ipo135;
• Colluding with other players on the platform, including in live dealer table games;

Nothing in these Terms limits ipo135's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

ipo135 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or escaping personal problems.
